1.Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Prosperity Academics (“Prosperity Academics”, “we”, “us” or “our”) governing your use of prosperityacademics.com and all resources, tools, courses and content available through it (the “Platform”).

By creating an account, registering for a course, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2.Eligibility & Accounts

2.1 Who may use the Platform

The Platform is intended for secondary-school students and educators. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform and make purchases only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchases made.

2.2 Your account

• You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it up to date.
• Your account is personal to you. You may not share, sell, transfer or lend your login details to anyone else.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3.Our Services

The Platform offers two broad categories of service:

• Free resources — including the past papers library, the topical question paper generator, notes, worksheets and publicly available videos. These are provided at no cost and may be supported by advertising.
• Paid resources — including exclusive subject packages, recorded video solutions and crash courses, which require payment and are made available for a defined access period.

We are continually improving the Platform. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, subjects or individual resources at any time. Where a change would materially reduce access you have already paid for, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and to provide an equivalent alternative.

4.Purchases & Payment

4.1 Prices

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are stated on the relevant resource or course page. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect a purchase you have already completed. Promotional pricing is available only for the period stated.

4.2 How payment works

Payments are made by direct bank transfer or mobile wallet to the account details shown during checkout. After paying, you must submit the purchase form and upload a clear receipt or screenshot of the transaction as proof of payment.

4.3 Verification

• Every submission is reviewed manually by our team before access is granted. This usually takes a short time but may take longer during busy periods.
• We may reject a submission where the receipt is unclear, the amount does not match the stated price, the payment cannot be traced, or we reasonably suspect fraud.
• If your submission is rejected, we will tell you why and, where a genuine payment was received, either resolve the issue or return the amount.
• Submitting a forged, altered or fraudulent receipt is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account.

5.Access & Delivery

• Paid resources are delivered digitally through your account. Nothing is shipped physically.
• Unless stated otherwise on the resource page, purchased packages include access for the period shown at the time of purchase, starting from the date access is granted.
• Access is granted to the individual account that made the purchase and cannot be transferred to another account or person.
• We add and update material throughout the year. Updates released within your access period are included at no extra cost.
• When your access period ends, paid content will no longer be available unless you renew.

You are responsible for having a device and internet connection capable of accessing the Platform. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, and occasional maintenance or downtime may occur.

6.Refunds & Cancellations

Our resources are digital and are made available in full as soon as your payment is verified. For that reason:

• Purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
• We will refund you where you were charged twice for the same resource, where you paid but access was never granted and we cannot resolve it, or where a technical fault on our side prevents you from using what you bought and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
• We may, at our discretion, offer a refund or credit in other genuine cases. Contact us and explain the situation.
• Refunds are returned through the same method used for payment.
• Refunds are not available on the basis of examination results, changes of mind, or because you did not use the material during your access period.

For crash courses, cancellation requests made before the course begins will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once a course has started, fees are non-refundable.

7.Acceptable Use

When using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Share your account credentials, or allow anyone else to access paid content through your account.
• Download, record, screen-capture, re-upload, resell or redistribute any paid video, paper or resource, in whole or in part.
• Use automated tools — scrapers, bots, crawlers or scripts — to extract content or place unreasonable load on the Platform.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, paywalls, rate limits or any security measure, or probe the Platform for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform.
• Upload anything unlawful, malicious, or infringing, or impersonate another person.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation.

We actively monitor for credential sharing and unauthorised distribution. Breaching this section may result in immediate termination without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue any further remedies available to us.

8.Intellectual Property

8.1 Our content

All original material on the Platform — including video lessons, written explanations, worked solutions, notes, branding, design and software — is owned by Prosperity Academics or its instructors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the resources you are entitled to, for your own study only. No other rights are granted.

8.2 Examination board materials

Past examination papers, mark schemes, examiner reports and related documents remain the copyright of the respective examination boards and awarding bodies. They are made available on the Platform for educational and revision purposes. Prosperity Academics is an independent educational service and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or acting on behalf of any examination board.

8.3 Reporting infringement

If you believe material on the Platform infringes your rights, contact us with details of the material and your claim, and we will investigate and respond promptly.

9.Third-Party Content

The Platform embeds and links to third-party services, including video hosting, community platforms and, on free pages, advertising. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Advertising shown on free areas of the Platform is served by third-party networks. The appearance of an advertisement is not an endorsement by us of the advertiser or its products.

10.Disclaimers

The Platform and all resources are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
• While we work hard on accuracy, we do not warrant that every solution, mark scheme interpretation or explanation is free from error. Always check against official examination board materials.
• Success rates, testimonials and past results shown on the Platform describe previous students’ outcomes and are not a promise of your own results.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prosperity Academics, its instructors and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunity, or anticipated academic outcome, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the resource giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12.Suspension & Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms — in particular the acceptable use and payment sections — or if we are required to do so by law. Where termination results from a breach by you, no refund will be given.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — continue to apply after your access ends.

13.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. If we make a material change, we will provide reasonable notice, such as an on-site notice or an email. Continuing to use the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

14.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and Prosperity Academics agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.

Before starting formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter directly — most issues are settled quickly this way.
